Shipping Policy
FOrders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day.
We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.
IMPORTANT:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out. We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
Orders made after 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depends on our warehouses' location.
Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to any and all applicable shipping charges.
Tracking information will be updated after trucks pick up your orders.
Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
