Reed diffusers

How to best use the reed diffuser?

  • On the first use, soak the reed sticks in the bottle and flip them over.
  • Flip the reed sticks once a week for the first 2 weeks of use and then every 4 days until the fragrance evaporates.
  • The reed sticks subtly dispense the fragrance for up to 90 days.
  • The reed diffuser’s lifespan may vary depending on the room's size, temperature, exposure to direct sunlight, and draughts, which can increase the fragrance's evaporation rate.
  • The number of reed sticks used determines how light or strong the scent is.

How many reed diffuser sticks should I put in the reed diffuser?

  • To diffuse a light scent, we recommend starting with 3 reed diffuser sticks. To increase the strength of the fragrance, use up to 6 reed diffuser sticks.

Does the reed diffuser’s placement within the room or the room’s size affect the strength of the fragrance?

  • Think of smelling reed diffuser as if you are smelling fresh baked cookies coming out of the oven. The closer you are to the scent, the stronger it is and the further away you are from the scent, the lighter it is.
  • To maximize the effect of the fragrance, place the reed diffuser in an entryway, hallway, or any high traffic location.
  • For small rooms less than 300 sq. ft., we recommend using one 6.7 fl. oz. (200 ml) reed diffuser.
  • For large rooms greater than 500 sq. ft., we recommend using one 10.5 fl. oz. (300 ml) reed diffuser or multiple 6.7 fl. oz. (200 ml) reed diffusers placed across the room.

What are the ingredients of the reed diffuser?

  • Solvent and fragrance.

Can I get a scent with different colored flowers as pictured?

  • At this time, we are unable to personalize the reed diffuser scent with specific colored flowers.

Orders

When will my order be processed?

  • Orders will be processed on business days before 2 pm EST/ 11 am PST. Orders will not be processed on national holidays or weekends.

 

Payment

Which forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

 

Shipping

What are your shipping fees?

  • We offer free shipping site-wide to the contiguous 48 states on orders over $30. Otherwise, we charge $3.65.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping takes 3-7 business days.

Do you offer shipping outside the U.S.?

  • Sorry, no.

When are packages shipped?

  • Packages are shipped on business days before 2 pm EST/ 11 am PST. Orders placed after the time period will be shipped the following business day.

How can I track my package?

  • Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment notification and tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has been processed?

  • The delivery address can be changed after the order has been processed, and will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Returns & refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

  • We accept returns 14 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item was damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, submit to us the photos. We will review your return and refund request within 2 business days after we receive the package.To start the return process, email us at support@cocorrinascents.com. Once the return has been reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If my refund request was approved, how long will it take to receive a refund?

  • After we approve your refund, we will refund the amount of the refunded item via your original payment method. For debit and credit card payments, refunds will be processed and posted according to the policies of your bank or credit card institution.

Do you accept returns of sale items and gift cards?

  • Unfortunately at this time, we don’t accept returns of sale items and gift cards.

What is your exchange policy?

  • Before fufillment, you can contact us for exchanging the same item but different scent. After fulfillment, we do not provide the exchanging service.
