Shipping policy

• Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day.
• We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

IMPORTANT: 

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out. We provide complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
• Orders made after 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
• Shipping usually takes 3-15 business days, depends on our warehouses' location. 
• Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to any and all applicable shipping charges.
• Tracking information will be updated after trucks pick up your orders.
• Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
